Mentoring and Connection
Kastom staff provide individual and personalised support to children and young people so they can reach their goals. We are dedicated to fostering growth and development and aim to create a nurturing and inspiring environment to work toward their journey to success.
Family Group Conference Facilitating
Kastom supports family led decision making processes. Through Independent Family Group Conferencing, we aim to promote self-determination, participation and shared decision making.​

The purpose is to empower families to make informed choices about the child’s best interest and put decision-making back in the hands of family.

Kastom recognises that families are experts in their own lives and understands the importance of being inclusive and respectful.
Care Assessments
Kastom's assessments include general foster care, kinship, guardianship, parenting capacity assessments and carer reviews.

Our assessments are succinct, balanced and assessed based on the best interests of the child and family.

Kastom understands that cultural child rearing practices are unique and plays a vital role in the raising of happy and content children. We support these practices and will take them into consideration when completing assessments.
